Our Accommodation Options

At Hutt City Gardens, we cater to a variety of living preferences with our studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. Prices start from $250 per week, with options available up to $490 per week. Each unit includes power and 5GB of internet per month, with unlimited Wi-Fi plans available upon request.

• Connectivity: All rooms are equipped for Sky, telephone, and internet connections, with a fibre backbone throughout our buildings. Tenants can choose their own providers for these services.
• Security: Our buildings are secured with a key tag swipe system for the front and back doors, complemented by security cameras for added peace of mind.
• Convenience: An intercom system in each building allows for easy guest access. We also provide rubbish and laundry facilities, with coin-operated washing machines and dryers available 24/7.

Office Hours

Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please note that the office may not always be manned, so we recommend phoning ahead to make an appointment. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
